By accessing or using the services provided by Quantus Health LLC. ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our solutions, applications, or website.
2. Services Provided
Quantus Health provides healthcare technology solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and financial performance. Our products may include analytics platforms, billing automation, and AI-driven clinical tools. We may update, modify, or discontinue features as part of continuous improvement.
3. User Responsibilities
- Accurate information. Provide accurate information when creating an account or using our services.
- Lawful use. Use our solutions only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Confidentiality. Maintain confidentiality of account credentials and sensitive data.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, software, interfaces, and intellectual property provided by Quantus Health—including trademarks, logos, and proprietary technologies—remain the exclusive property of Quantus Health LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
5. Data Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined there.
6. Limitation of Liability
Quantus Health shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if these Terms are violated or if continued access poses a risk to system integrity, data security, or compliance obligations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
9. SMS Terms
Quantus Health provides SMS verification codes for secure login, account verification, and password reset.
Opt-In
Users enter or confirm their mobile number, review the SMS disclosure, and select Send OTP or Send Verification Code to request a text message. Links to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and SMS Terms are available near the request button.
Consent applies to the requested verification messages. This SMS program does not send marketing messages, application invitations, or independently triggered security notifications.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency depends on your verification requests, including requests to resend a code. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out and Support
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact contactus@quantushealthinc.com.
Opting out prevents further SMS verification messages unless you opt back in and may affect access to features requiring SMS verification.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to deliver SMS messages.

Delivery
Message delivery is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
